Operating:
Automatic Powder Bottle Filling Machine is a compact Design used for filling Powder Products in bottles, containers, jars. The Bottles will Go Through in feed Turn Table with suitably guided on flat conveyor belt at the set (required) speed for feeling powder. There is Single/ Double Individual filling head mounted on machine top part in the same machine. When bottle comes for filling below hopper , it hold by Pneumatic Cylinder while filling, once bottle stopped, same time bottle sensor gets the signal to auger shaft which rotates and dispense the set powder amount to the bottle. Then After again it will go to the flat conveyor for capping area for capping the bottles.
